He was born with hydrocephalus and deformed legs, and no one wanted to take him in. They couldn't see the cat because his disabilities made them unable to focus on it.
But everything changed when three-month-old Nancy Lynch teamed up with Kaley's Place Rescue and decided that Zeke was too cute to put into words!
She adopted Zeke and shared his photos on Facebook, which was how she learned about the "Super Heroes Animal Hydrocephalus Society".
Lisa operates the Super Heroes Animal Hydrocephalus Society and they help animals born with hydrocephalus, and Nancy agreed for them to come to New York to properly care for Zeke. And that was the start of their journey from Texas!
Zeke was well taken care of, and his disabilities no longer hindered him. He interacted with other cats and jumped when his legs didn't work as well as the others.
And above all, at the Super Heroes Animal Hydrocephalus Society, he found a great friend, a Super Cat Hero born with the same brain issue as Zeke.
Zeke was lucky, his new owner loved him, and he had the chance to live a normal, happy life.
